Requirements

• Optical experience in a medical office setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and electronic health records.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Officemate/Examwriter software.
• Ophthalmic or Optometric certification(s).
• Experience in evaluating and documenting various eye tests and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine eye care procedures and patient assessments.
• Document preliminary screenings and testing results accurately.
• Coach patients on the proper use and care of contact lenses.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
