Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work in a safety oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Mechanical abilities.
• Operate tools and equipment required for centrifuge repair and machining.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication to employees, vendors and customers.
• Organizational skills for parts and inventory.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain high quality of workmanship and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, Inspect, Report and Re-assemble decanter centrifuges and dewatering equipment.
• Evaluate machine wear, concentricity, bearing and seal surfaces.
• Machine parts and surfaces as required.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Clean parts as necessary.
• Materials handling and rigging of decanter parts for repair and shipment.
