About The Position
Eaton's Distributed-IT Division is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Worcester, MA facility and relocation assistance is available! The Operations Manager is the primary lead for operational performance of the business - leading people and processes through fabrication, paint and assembly to achieve the site's safety, quality, and customer requirements. In addition, he/she will supervise all manufacturing engineering activities, to enable production processes at optimal capacity, and drive continuous improvement. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,749 - $159,499 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
