We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Recruiting & Sales to lead our recruitment and sales efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and cultivating strong client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent Industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and recruitment goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and sales software and tools.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the recruiting and sales teams to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment and sales performance to senior management.
