About the position
EverCharge is seeking an Operations Coordinator with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join their team. The coordinator will be responsible for receiving quote requests, scheduling site visits, coordinating with sales engineers, and entering detailed quote information into NetSuite. Additionally, they will assist with obtaining business licenses and permits, collect relevant information in the pre-sales phase, and engage in continuous communication with project managers and sales team members. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, 5+ years of customer service experience, vendor management experience, and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Receives incoming quote requests from internal, cross-functional teams and with residents/property managers
- Partners with existing third-party electricians and internal installation team to schedule timely site visits and obtain installation quotes
- Assists PMs in the sourcing of new electricians in new markets, as directed
- Coordinates with Sales Engineer(s) to approve third-party quotes
- Enters into NetSuite detailed and accurate quote information, where the scope of work is clearly defined to ensure the sales team is provided with as much information as possible
- Assists with obtaining business licenses and permitting
- Collects relevant information in the pre-sales phase and timeline to ensure optimum preparedness for PM’s next step in the project process
- Engages in continuous communications with PM and assigned sales team member(s) via communication activities, including but not limited to
- Schedules and facilitates pre-sales project kick-off meetings with sales and project managers to communicate and define post-sales project details
- Assists PM’s in post-sales activities upon request
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in a direct customer service/support role
- Vendor management/relationship experience
- Experience providing administrative support
- General understanding of the project management process
- Exceptional time management skills; responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Highly organized; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build positive relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Competitive base salary range between $60,000 and $120,000
