About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operational Excellence Senior Business Execution Consultant to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity on behalf of Commercial Banking Operations. In this role, you will lead the strategy and resolution of complex transformation initiatives and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require consulting on business initiatives, understanding the businesses' needs, and delivering long term and large-scale solutions. You will support cross functional teams using business expertise and provide guidance to diverse partner groups within a line of business. Additionally, you will research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business. You will create recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement. Strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses, you will serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. You will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Furthermore, you will drive the implementation of innovative and significant business solutions and collaborate and consult with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with process owners.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying root causes and finding solutions.
• Proven leadership skills including relationship building and collaboration.
• Facilitation skills to broker agreements among diverse perspectives.
• Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of Commercial Banking Operations experience.
• 4+ years of Project and/or Change Management experience.
• Experience with nCino and/or Covenants.
• Experience with BLAST.
• Successful completion of Process Management Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Design Thinking.
