About The Position

The Onsite Property Manager is responsible for directing the operations of an apartment community to meet the goals of Anza Management Company. This part-time role focuses on optimizing return on investment for property owners, ensuring a quality living environment for residents, and fostering positive relationships with company employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a community manager of at least 50+ units.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background, physical, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with property management software, particularly Yardi.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
