About The Position

The Onsite Coordinator position at Vestis Uniforms and Workplace Supplies involves managing customer relationships and ensuring the accuracy of account and delivery information at a client site in Austin, MN. This role is primarily focused on customer service, garment management, and effective communication with both clients and internal teams. The position operates on the 3rd shift, from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers providing consistent, effective communication.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all account and delivery information.
• Receive and sign documents for laundry site deliveries by Service Provider divisions.
• Manage daily garment inventory including stocking and garment racking.
• Coordinate physical inventory as necessary.
• Manage the delivery system by breaking down totes on delivery dates and marking totes with appropriate dates.
• Ensure hampers are in designated locations and manage soiled garments correctly.
• Ensure the Service provider driver picks up all soiled laundry hampers at all locations.
• Provide weekly status updates to company contact regarding garment issues, stocking, and orders.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly, preferably within 24 hours.
• Attend company meetings to discuss trends, reports, and future needs at the customer location.
• Conduct on-site employee training on reusable garments.
