NodeOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven NodeOps Engineer with a passion for developing world-class institutional blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, building, testing, and deploying solutions, as well as integrating project functions and resources across the product life cycle. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining reliable and secure infrastructure automation, creating blockchain-related microservices and APIs, collaborating with other developers to optimize code, and supporting production blockchain node deployments. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in cloud native infrastructure technology, Linux server environments, Ethereum or similar software clients, and monitoring infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and contribute to the next generation of blockchain staking infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure automation
• Develop blockchain-related microservices and APIs
• Work with project owners to meet specification needs
• Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
• Plan and execute performance tests
• Maintain and deploy the latest blockchain node software
• Support production blockchain node deployments for multiple protocols
• Instrument blockchain node infrastructure with extensive monitoring and integrate with alerting systems
• Participate in the blockchain communities and keep up to date with the upcoming developments
• Work with cloud AWS, GCE, Azure & on-premise bare metal infrastructure
• Use cloud native infrastructure technology (Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, Docker)
• Work with Linux server environments
• Use Ethereum, Cosmos or Substrate software clients and JSON-RPC API’s
• Use monitoring infrastructure namely Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch and Kibana
• Work within an environment of continuous integration and deployment
• Use Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug problems across the full stack
• Work within a micro service environment
• Operate large scale infrastructure
• Manage cryptographic key management
• Be self-motivated
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry and environment

• Past experience working with blockchain node infrastructure

• 3+ years of experience working with cloud AWS, GCE, Azure & on-premise bare metal infrastructure
• Knowledge of cloud native infrastructure technology (Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, Docker)
• Expertise with Linux server environments
• Knowledge of Ethereum, Cosmos or Substrate software clients and JSON-RPC API's
• Experience with monitoring infrastructure namely Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch and Kibana is desired
• Ability to work within an environment of continuous integration and deployment
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently debugging problems across the full stack
