About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage financial records accurately.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism in hospitality.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest relations and enhancing the overall guest experience.
