New Graduate Product Leadership Program

Clipboard Health is seeking ambitious new and recent graduates for their New Graduate Product Leadership Program. The program is designed to provide an early career opportunity for individuals looking to progress quickly and skip a few rungs on the corporate ladder. The successful candidate will start by embedding within the operations team to surface product issues and deliver solutions to customers. High performers within the program will have several doors open to them, including but not limited to product management, strategy and operations, and operations leadership. The role requires a high level of natural curiosity, ownership, and a desire to make customers happy by digging into problems and delivering solutions.

• Talk to customers, understand their problems, and surface issues we weren’t devoting enough attention to
• Embed within an operational team and solve customer problems
• Write weekly write-ups and other documentation to keep others up to date with your work
• Write a project plan to solve a major issue affecting many customers
• Broadcast the plan to relevant stakeholders, get their feedback, and adjust it
• Execute on the plan and report findings to the executive team
• Actively seek out problems for customers and dig into any underlying issues
• Work with data and math in a highly quantitative culture
• Solve novel and challenging problems quickly
• Enjoy talking to customers and hold writing to a high standard
• Use judgment to bring clarity to problems for customers
• Have a high level of natural curiosity and ownership
• Desire to make customers happy by digging into problems and delivering solutions
• Work when and where you want in a remote environment
