About the position
As a Solution Architect at Primer, you will work directly with national security customers to understand their use cases and design and implement successful solutions using our AI technology. Your responsibilities will include customizing and troubleshooting customer-facing product deployments, training and deploying machine learning models, and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to prioritize feature development. The role requires a security clearance, proficiency in Python development, Linux skills, and experience with cloud services. Strong communication skills and familiarity with machine learning techniques are also desired.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with national security customers to understand their use cases and scope technical requirements for enhancements
- Design and implement successful solutions by customizing, integrating, and troubleshooting customer-facing product deployments
- Train, deploy, and tune machine learning models on customer data sets
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback
- Develop Python applications and implement Python DevOps workflows
- Have proficiency in Linux and navigate a Linux shell to run software
- Possess hands-on experience with a cloud services provider
- Demonstrate strong communication skills as part of a team working directly with Primer customers
- Have familiarity with the isolated C2S region of AWS (bonus point)
- Have experience with machine learning techniques (bonus point)
- Have experience with natural language processing (NLP) (bonus point)
- Have experience with the Flask framework (bonus point)
- Have experience with data ingestion and processing systems at scale (bonus point)
- Have front-end development experience with React (bonus point)
Requirements
- Active security clearance required
- Must be located in the DC metro area
- Professional experience developing Python applications
- Linux proficiency

- Annual cash compensation range: US$187,000 to US$268,000
