About the position
The National Channel Manager at Dialpad will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with Technology Solutions Distributors and National Solution Providers to accelerate and develop Dialpad's Channel Program. This role involves leveraging business development and account management skills to strengthen partnerships, train and enable partners on Dialpad, and execute a GTM strategy. The Channel Team plays a crucial role in growing pipeline, revenue, and mindshare in the partner ecosystem, collaborating closely with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing. The National Channel Manager will work closely with the AVP, National Partnerships and Channel Sales leaders to drive partner activation and develop GTM strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with the Technology Solutions Distributor
- Build and execute strategic GTM business plans to grow and develop the existing partnership by increasing pipeline, revenue, and mindshare amongst the partner ecosystem
- Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class partner program
- Drive new partner activation through recruitment and territory development initiatives
- 5+ years Channel Account Management experience
- Recent experience working for an emerging tech company, preferably in the UCaaS and CCaaS industry
- In-depth knowledge and experience with recruiting and onboarding partners, value-added resellers, and Technology Solutions Distributors
- Has met and exceeded own direct sales goals
- Must show proven methodology to prospect and build pipeline
- Proven track record of sustained overperformance against sales quota and pipeline goals
Requirements
- 5+ years Channel Account Management experience
