About The Position
As a Music Teacher at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to increase student count ensuring each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoys playing music all while nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect. You will impact store culture and excellence by partnering with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on the needs of the community, teaching students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum, and assisting with customer service as needed. Additionally, you will partner with students and families through frequent communication, building trusting relationships, and embracing the knowledge parents have as their child's Music Teacher.
