About The Position

Manages the administration and coordination of all mortgage loan servicing and/or operational functions. Establishes and administers policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory, investor, government and corporate requirements. Hires, trains, motivates, and directs the activities of loan servicing or operational personnel to ensure procedures are properly and efficiently carried out. Plans, develops, implements and controls assigned organization and budget functions. Leads a team of LM experts in supporting the mortgage collection operations business line to ensure systems, guidelines, procedures, and processes allow for compliant, responsive service to our customers. Expert knowledge on investor guidelines, including Government Insured (FHA, VA, USDA), GSE (FNMA/FHLMC), as well as serviced and owned portfolios. Ability to identify root cause of issues, detailed gap analyses and development of resolution plans/projects with other internal departments. Ability to identify impacts of intakes, the risks and lead the associated escalation process for Sr Leader Review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities.
  • Five or more years of supervisory/management experience.
