About The Position

We are seeking proficient candidates to operate on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off work schedule capable of undertaking a diverse range of maintenance, repair, and service responsibilities for plant equipment such as dryers, lathes, clippers, splicers, saws, mobile equipment, and various supply systems including gas, electric, water, air, waste disposal, and attendant conveyor systems. This role necessitates adherence to both written and verbal job instructions. Candidates should possess the ability to provide constructive feedback and apply critical thinking skills. Employees are required to utilize personal safety equipment while operating in a manufacturing environment that includes dynamic elements such as moving machinery, fast-paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment subject to seasonal variations.
