Responsibilities

• Fabricate exterior and interior residential doors in accordance with customer requirements and Company standards.
• Implement company vision and core values.
• Work with production teams to improve processes.
• Operate appropriate equipment in alignment with designated safety standards to machine and manufacture doors.
• Maintain a safe working environment, identifying and correcting potential safety concerns and hazards.
• Assist customers and sales team as needed.
• Hang/Install doors, etc., as needed.
• Follow written and verbal directions.
• Other duties as assigned.
