About The Position

The Services Supervisor at Chesterfield Employment Services (CES) is responsible for overseeing employment services for adults with developmental disabilities. This role involves providing staff direction, coordinating programs, ensuring quality improvement, and managing budgets. The supervisor will play a key role in maintaining community integration for clients and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Three years of increasingly responsible job-related experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Considerable knowledge of community behavioral health principles and practices.
• Knowledge of prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques for behavioral health disorders.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations and policies.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with mental health laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employment staff in providing services to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Coordinate employment services to enhance community integration and client choices.
• Monitor the appropriateness of consumer goals, objectives, and job placements.
• Ensure quality of services by monitoring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Participate in the development of employment and program opportunities.
• Monitor monthly revenues from Medicaid Waiver to ensure alignment with annual projections.
• Analyze and interpret data to plan, develop, and implement various projects.
