About the position

Provides direct managerial leadership for Electrical Detail Design personnel, ensuring high-quality engineering products in accordance with Command Media processes. Oversees team performance, development, and supervision while managing scheduling, budgeting, and execution of 3D/2D Arrangements, Armament, Combat Systems, Cableway, and Cable Routing products. Ensures seamless integration of Detail Design outputs across disciplines, driving efficiency and adherence to best practices. Collaborates closely with other disciplines and departments to align design efforts and foster effective interdepartmental coordination.

  • Provides direct managerial leadership for Electrical Detail Design personnel.
  • Ensures high-quality engineering products in accordance with Command Media processes.
  • Oversees team performance, development, and supervision.
  • Manages scheduling, budgeting, and execution of 3D/2D Arrangements, Armament, Combat Systems, Cableway, and Cable Routing products.
  • Ensures seamless integration of Detail Design outputs across disciplines.
  • Drives efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborates closely with other disciplines and departments to align design efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school of engineering.
  • 6 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering, and design or equivalent.
  • High school diploma and 14 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering, and design or equivalent.
  • Associate's Degree and 10 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering, and design or equivalent.
