Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to parts specialists.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms or displays.
• Keep the merchandise on display full, clean, and fronted daily.
• Make display changes according to company guidelines and ensure all sale signs are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Act as the main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security.
• Check out customers purchasing front floor merchandise quickly and friendly.
• Handle merchandise returns from customers efficiently.
• Assist customers with transactions when the express lane is not in use.
