About the position
The job overview for this role is that the Media Supervisor on the Nissan Midwest Region team is responsible for developing and implementing media campaigns, analyzing digital performance data, and presenting recommendations and evaluations to clients. They will also be involved in the day-to-day media planning process, mentoring and training junior team members, and managing media plans for multiple markets. Travel may be required to present plan information to local Nissan staff. This role is part of a modern, integrated agency dedicated to helping Nissan grow its brand value globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to moderately complex problems
- Effectively interact with Nissan Regional marketing staff, internal regional account team, and media strategy team
- Develop and implement media campaigns including digital, video, audio, and OOH from pre-planning stages to post-campaign reporting
- Report, analyze, and interpret digital performance data to internal and client teams
- Develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs, and media analyses to Business Leadership and ultimately clients
- Garner insights from digital media campaign results analysis
- Organize, implement, and control the day-to-day media planning development process including coordination with Media Planner and Associate Planner
- Work with internal digital media team to integrate digital objectives and strategies into overall plans
- Work with the OMD buying team, providing buying specifications, monitor development, and review media buys and post-buy analyses
- Teach and mentor Media Planner and Associate Planner providing one-on-one communications and training sessions to help develop and grow skill sets
- Manage the development of media plans for 58 markets in the Region
- When called upon, travel to various markets to present plan information to local Nissan staff (Regional clients, dealers, etc.)
- Travel will be required, top presentation skills a must
Requirements

- Experience utilizing MediaTools, DDS, and/or other media planning software and media research programs
- Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups, pivot tables, charts, and other formulas
- Able to learn quickly and perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner
