Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management.
• High sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical insulation knowledge highly preferred.
• Strong PC and software literacy required.
• Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
• Must possess desire to succeed and learn for future growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of sales through product selections and pricing to customers.
• Use computer database to research availability of merchandise.
• Fill customer orders from stock or prepare transfers from other locations.
• Prepare sales orders or quote orders.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and the sales force.
• Receive telephone calls and determine the make, type, and quality of merchandise desired.
• Discuss use and features of products with customers.
• Support and communicate with the sales force on project documentation and order write-up information.
• Assist the outside sales team in all functions of support.
• Work with staff to check and maintain open orders, purchase orders, and return merchandise purchase orders.
• Resolve or alert management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
