About The Position

Join Our Team as a Math Tutor at Mathnasium of Apex - Where You Can Make Math Fun! Are you enthusiastic about math and love helping students succeed? Mathnasium of Apex is searching for energetic and dedicated Math Tutors to inspire students (2nd-12th grade) to master math in a way that makes sense - and love it along the way! At Mathnasium Learning Centers, we're passionate about transforming the way students understand math. Our Mathnasium Method has been enriching children's lives since 2002, empowering them to grasp, excel, and feel confident in math. We don't just teach math - we teach students to see the world in numbers!

Requirements

• Passionate about math and sharing it with students
• Confident in math skills up to Pre-Calculus
• Ability to balance various tasks in a lively and interactive setting
• Motivated, eager to grow, and ready to learn
• Must complete a math proficiency test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Teach and tutor students in our center using our proven Mathnasium Method
• Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging, individualized math instruction
• Help students track their progress and celebrate their achievements
• Become proficient in our digital resources and materials
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional learning environment
