About The Position

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage the receiving and distribution of materials in a high-volume dock environment. The role involves accepting, identifying, verifying, and securing incoming materials, as well as processing shipments using SAP. The position requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and is comfortable with extensive computer work, particularly in SAP and MS Outlook. The Material Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing and managing necessary documents for domestic and international shipping, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, and performing accurate shipping transactions in SAP.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Advanced SAP skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Separating silicon wafers in cleanroom environment
• Assemble packages with appropriate shipping materials
• Palletizing of outgoing shipments
• Process shipments utilizing the FIFO method unless otherwise directed
• Self-starter with little supervision
• Float to other areas as needed
• Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic and international shipping
• High volume performance a must
• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations
• Perform accurate shipping transactions in SAP
