  • Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services to a variety of clients.
  • Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently deliver quality client services.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about project outcomes.
  • Manage expectations of client service delivery and ensure timely completion of work products.
  • Stay updated on current business and industry trends relevant to clients' businesses.
  • Effectively manage and motivate diverse client engagement teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Assist in the strategy and implementation of Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Management.
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately six years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately five years of related work experience.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in providing complex consultative services in information strategy, data architecture, and governance.
  • Proficiency in data modeling techniques such as dimensional modeling and Entity-relationship modeling.
  • Expert database skills with the ability to work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Alteryx, SSIS) for ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, IT or Engineering preferred.
