About the position
Mirakl is seeking a Marketplace Business Developer to join their team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential sellers, negotiating and convincing them to start on the platform, supporting and training sellers to create and push their catalog online, onboarding key sellers, and developing their performance. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, strong communication and presentation skills, an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships, and fluency in English and German.
Responsibilities
- Identifying high-potential sellers (based in the DACH region) through the right acquisition channels
- Negotiating and convincing them to rapidly start on the platform
- Supporting and training sellers to create and push their catalog online
- Onboard directly key sellers, aggregators or any strategic player to accelerate onboarding sellers
- Developing their performance
- Support the Ecosystem team on cross functional projects, related to seller ecosystems
- Acquiring a good understanding of the Mirakl platform and tools.
Requirements

- Hold a master's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- Have a first experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Show an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
- Be a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
- Speak English & German fluently.
