Marketing Operations Manager

Blockdaemon is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to assist in building, managing, and optimizing their marketing technology stack. The role involves vetting, onboarding, and developing marketing automation systems to drive operational insights and efficiencies for accelerated growth. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing marketing automations systems, implementing inbound marketing strategies, analyzing key metrics, and tracking the marketing funnel. Additionally, the role requires expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling the marketing team for one of the industry's largest independent node providers.

• Own and manage marketing automation systems to execute campaigns and keep the database organized and segmented
• Develop and implement inbound marketing operations strategies to improve the efficiency of the go-to-market organization
• Analyze, measure, and optimize key metrics across the revenue generation funnel
• Track and report on the complete marketing funnel, including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value
• Analyze the flow from lead acquisition through conversion and yield to track progress and support success
• Understand the process and flow of data throughout the tooling architecture to diagnose and solve problems
• Assist with data cleanliness in various systems and merge like records
• Cleanse, enrich, and upload prospect lists from various events

• 3+ years experience in a Marketing Operations role
• A background in marketing automation systems
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive results and surface new opportunities
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (channels, tracking, conversion, personalization), SEO and SEM strategies, paid search, and paid advertising
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and marketing technology systems
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups and individuals of all levels of management and employees
• Very comfortable in excel and google spreadsheets
• Experience working in Pardot, Salesforce
