Responsibilities
- Construct reporting frameworks & track marketing KPIs across channels to determine business health and provide operational feedback.
- Enhance marketing testing framework implementation and measurement. This may include audience segmentation, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing peers to ideate on data activation and enablement capabilities for advanced marketing automation and optimization.
- Communicate best practices to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner and improve processes to create a better operational structure.
- Ensure marketers have necessary and accurate data for teams to make daily optimization decisions.
- Enhance marketing tech stack and ensure all active platforms align with the current business structure.
- Document and share knowledge, contributing to the growth of overall team capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or enablement roles
- Working knowledge of various marketing channels and experience working with them
- Familiarity with marketing campaign types and their key performance metrics
- Knowledge of SQL/R/Python or other data-retrieving program skills preferred
- Knowledge in using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Working understanding of Customer Data Platforms (we use Blueshift)
- Organized and able to clearly communicate technical or detailed information to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop elegant solutions for complex problems
- Ability to work autonomously and guide tasks across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, methodologies, and tools, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational standards.
