About The Position

Our new Marketing Manager is a vital force, shepherding marketing for an assigned community from startup through sellout. Begin with branded sales office design and installation, including model development and product presentation. Initiate and manage creative campaigns across all platforms, overseeing, coordinating, and reviewing advertising, collateral, direct mail, and all customer-facing outreach. Develop targeted placement plans, and coordinate photo shoots for multiple marketing and advertising applications. Also plan and coordinate Grand Openings, VIP events, and special previews. Fulfilling these responsibilities requires preparation and management of all related budgets for the life of your community, including cost controls and invoice approvals. Your expertise in traffic enhancement and problem-solving are also essential to community marketing success.
