About the position
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, enhancing the brand, engaging the audience, and driving growth. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels, managing the company's website and social media profiles, creating high-quality content, organizing and promoting events, and building relationships with external agencies. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and managing the marketing budget. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or digital asset space, is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage and revamp the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and engaging.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and online presence.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, original content.
- Organize and promote upcoming events, and coordinate with media outlets and key stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring they fully understand the company's goals, brand, and marketing objectives.
- Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver high returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years+ of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or digital asset space
- Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels
- Ability to manage and revamp a website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and engaging
- Strong skills in building and managing social media profiles and online presence
- Experience in creating high-quality, original content
- Ability to organize and promote upcoming events, and coordinate with media outlets and key stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills with external agencies, ensuring they understand goals, brand, and marketing objectives
- Proficiency in measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Ability to manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high returns on campaigns.
