About the position
The Marketing Director at Attest will be responsible for shaping the short and long-term marketing strategy across the UK and North American markets. They will lead a team of 4 and collaborate with various departments to improve performance and increase pipeline quality. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company and possess strong managerial skills. They will also have a data-driven mindset and experience with marketing and sales automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop and oversee implementation of a marketing strategy in line with broader commercial goals and strategy
- Co-plan and partially own the marketing budget, and co-lead internal reviews and QBRs with commercial leadership
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure effective and up-to-date content and messaging
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Product leadership to create feedback loops and improve performance
- Identify strategic opportunities to increase pipeline quality and volume
- Improve marketing performance reporting to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI
- Assess the effectiveness of and manage external marketing agency relationships
- Influence and guide the Attest brand, voice, and positioning
- Oversee the development of brand and product messaging for clarity, consistency, and impact
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver growth in a senior marketing leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Have experience across key marketing functions such as field marketing/events, product marketing, marketing operations, growth/demand generation, brand strategy/brand management, and PR
- Have knowledge and experience of pre- and post-sales marketing
- Be a creative thought-leader with a bias towards action
- Demonstrate analytical and reporting ability with a data-driven mindset
- Create, communicate, and execute a marketing strategy with stakeholders across different departments
- Have strong managerial experience and the ability to hire, develop, retain, and maintain a high-performing team
- Have knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing and sales automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience in ResTech is valuable but not essential.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering growth in a senior marketing leadership role at a high growth B2B SaaS company.
- History of having a varied marketing experience with partial or direct impact across some key marketing functions.
- Knowledge and experience of pre- and post-sales marketing.
- A creative thought-leader with a strong bias towards action.
- Demonstrable analytical and reporting ability and data-driven mindset.
- Experience creating, communicating, getting buy-in, and executing a Marketing strategy with stakeholders across different departments.
- Strong managerial experience with the ability to hire, develop, retain and maintain a team who deliver sustained high-performance.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing and sales automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Pardot.
- Experience in ResTech is valuable but not essential.
