About The Position

The Valuations Control Group is seeking an experienced manager to join a dynamic team with responsibility for overseeing independent valuation processes for a variety of Commodities products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Requirements

• Strong knowledge in derivatives, valuation techniques, and risk management.
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, engineering, math, or accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the independent valuation process for the Commodities trading businesses.
• Collaborate with senior staff across Front Office, Risk Management, and Finance teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Commodities markets and products that Macquarie trades in.
