About the position

The Manager, Total Rewards will serve as the Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Total Rewards, providing strategic support and ensuring the effective execution of total rewards initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a deep understanding of total rewards programs and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and implementing total rewards strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Lead and manage key total rewards projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of total rewards programs.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and communications related to total rewards initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the total rewards team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all total rewards programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing total rewards programs and processes.

Requirements

  • 7 + years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related fields, with a proven track record in project management and strategic support roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
