About The Position

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Project Management, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields, or a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of all Material Program Manager responsibilities.
  • Act as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Material Program Manager team.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met.
  • Develop the material strategy and lead the Material Program Manager activities for Global Supply Chain (GSC).
  • Ensure all elements of proposed program plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies before execution.
  • Lead supply chain Material Program Manager team execution and manage resource planning, material cost, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Brief the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting program cost and schedule performance.
  • Manage, onboard, train, and engage the Material Program Manager team.
