About The Position
This hybrid position will be based in our Boston office. At Wayfair, hybrid for Enterprise employees requires a commitment to be in the office Monday -Thursday, with Fridays remote. The Strategic Operations Finance (SOF) team is seeking a Manager to lead financial support to the CastleGate Forwarding (CGF) team. CGF is a standalone business within Wayfair, providing ocean freight forwarding services and inbound supply chain solutions to Wayfair partners. This person will own the team responsible for monitoring, analysis and optimization of financial metrics and business growth to support the rapidly expanding CastleGate Forwarding business. As a central member of the team, you will provide financial visibility to senior leadership to make better operational decisions in several of our most important strategic initiatives. The right candidate has a passion for breaking down complex business problems into discrete analyses and using data to help make informed business decisions.
