About The Position
Join Royal Caribbean Group as a full-time Ship Manager, reporting to the Director of Fleet Technical. This land-based position is located in Miami, Florida, and represents both the interests of the vessel and the Shoreside Marine Operations department. The Marine Operations Manager is the key contact for day-to-day operations, focusing on the safe, compliant, and efficient operations of the vessel within the Maritime scope. Responsibilities include overseeing safety, compliance, reliability, crew, and financial aspects of daily operations, as well as interacting with Facilities Management.
