The Propagation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of plant cultivation and ensuring that all production targets are met efficiently and sustainably.
Ensure all orders for weekly Propagation are completed, on time, and at company quality expectations according to Production schedules.
Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
Communicate daily operations with the Growing, and Task teams on items being produced.
Prepare, communicate, and explain work plans for teams when working past normal shift hours (evenings/weekends). This includes but is not limited to: material gathering and verification, planning and obtaining proper labor needs, ensuring sufficient leadership is present for said work plans.
Monitor and report on production metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Follow all company established processes and protocols as it relates to workmanship, training, maintenance of area and equipment, executing plant-specific protocols.
