Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a variety of complex enterprise system implementations from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, task lists, and timelines.
  • Document current process flows, outlining pain points and future-state deliverables.
  • Outline system requirements for 3rd party implementation partners or in-house IT developers.
  • Facilitate functional and end user testing, defect identification, and resolution.
  • Lead change management efforts to effectively communicate and integrate project changes within business units.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business administration, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to monitor and report on project status.
  • Analyze current reporting with members of the Operations Services Group to identify opportunities for improvement in terms of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance report automation, data visualization, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements and translate these into actionable insights.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create clear and concise reports.
  • Integrate reporting capabilities of newly implemented software to determine the best sources for reporting needs.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the reporting analyst.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Set clear expectations and performance goals and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
