The Manager, PM Quality Programs at Amazon is responsible for leading the Worldwide Quality Programs team within the Associate Development organization. This role focuses on creating a high-performance Quality Organization that ensures optimal interactions for Amazon's Selling Partners. The manager will provide strategic direction, oversee a team of Quality Auditors, and drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of SPS Quality Audit Programs.

  • Define business requirements, program goals, and mechanisms for Product Quality Programs (PQP) initiatives across multiple languages and programs.
  • Manage the transaction quality auditing framework for product audits and identify root causes of defects.
  • Create closed-loop feedback processes to empower team members in identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Advocate for process and system improvements to benefit the Quality organization and stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, building career development roadmaps for site leadership.
  • Inspire frontline teams to find creative solutions and encourage calculated risk-taking.
  • 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 7+ years of team management experience.
  • 7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in leading teams across multiple site locations.
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
