About The Position

Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse licensure in current state
• 3-5 years progressively more responsible related work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of assigned clinical department.
• Ensures the provision of high quality care and services in accordance with Medical Center policy and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans.
• Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.
