About The Position

This role serves as the leader of the ERP Regional Operation Team, responsible for integrating regional business functions with IT ERP systems across various domains such as Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Procurement. The incumbent will collaborate with senior business function experts to analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements in ERP systems. Key responsibilities include leading project activities, supporting daily operations, and enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in two or more process areas related to QAD/SAP: Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Deliver, Record to Report, Forecast to Plan.
• Minimum of 5 years of project implementation experience on QAD or SAP ERP, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business process improvement and data mapping techniques.
• Functional and technical knowledge of web-based technologies, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing.
• Good understanding of the Enterprise IT landscape and its operation for the business.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with customized development for QAD or SAP ECC.
• General knowledge of Enterprise IT Infrastructure standards and environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP Regional Operation Team to support regional business operations and improvements.
• Work closely with Business Function subject matter experts to establish cooperative relationships.
• Assist the IT ERP director in defining the long-term ERP strategy and roadmap.
• Plan regional major projects and improvements related to the ERP system.
• Analyze business requirements and evaluate technology proposals as an ERP SME.
• Execute project activities according to the Yanfeng IOS framework, including project planning and execution.
• Provide Level 3 support for daily operations and problem-solving.
• Lead workshops and train IT ERP team members on ERP concepts and functionalities.
• Support product launch projects and related application system changes.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Establish positive working relationships across IT services and improve team capabilities.
