Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or strategic HR role.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of core P&C areas such as employee relations, labor relations, and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with category/function leadership teams to align business strategies with organizational requirements.
  • Implement and supervise organizational strategy at the local level, ensuring alignment with business functions.
  • Define local strategies for workforce planning and support execution in line with business strategy.
  • Design and plan organizational setups, including roles and responsibilities, within the defined operating model.
  • Lead change management initiatives and develop employee engagement plans based on insights.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and ITM teams to develop local sourcing and talent development strategies.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain compliance with legal requirements and PMI policies.
  • Facilitate execution of standard employee life-cycle processes in collaboration with relevant P&C functions.
