Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Manage client transactional needs, including renewal, new sales, and services according to brand standards and company procedures.
• Devise new sales tactics to increase profit margins and improve customer experience.
• Coach and mentor entry-level team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Set an efficient schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
• Interact with clients effectively by utilizing exceptional active listening skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve sales goals.
• Seek new and innovative ways to improve the client experience and drive sales revenue and communicate ideas to fellow Management Associates and upper management for implementation.
