Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience preferably in Payments and/or Financial Services or similar space with data analysis and reporting.
  • Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or similar field.
  • Familiarity with industry/category trends and ecommerce markets.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and prior experience working with Product and Technology teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and excite internal/external partners and provide clear actionable insights.
  • Data driven with understanding of SQL working with large datasets.
  • Ability to understand vendor technical specifications (including API documentation) on a high level.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to use data and analysis to drive decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the range of payment options by delivering flexible payment options to sellers through partnerships with new payment processors globally and deepening existing relationships.
  • Manage launches and subsequent support of payment partners by extensively collaborating internally and facilitating strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Focus on seller experience by improving automation, integrations, payment security, and risk management.
  • Evolve and enhance payment experience, such as pricing, speed of funds delivery, onboarding requirements, and reducing exceptions for sellers.
  • Define business strategy and drive execution for fintech products and value-added services such as FX, supplier and cross border payments.
  • Facilitate global tax and payment compliance by collaborating with internal tax stakeholders and partners to understand requirements and changes in the tax and payment compliance landscape.
  • Drive implementation and global deployment with product, engineering, operations, legal, go to market (GTM), and other internal and external partners.
  • Define and execute on strategies of partner data sharing and leveraging data for risk management.
  • Collaborate on data sharing with payment partners to accelerate seller onboarding and business development initiatives.
