Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service in a sales industry, participation as an athlete, or a leadership role in the military or community.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Under 25 minute commute from the location posted is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
• Satisfactory background check including driving record.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
