Additionally this position is characterized by the ability to perform all types of mammography studies to include needle localization and ductograms. Works in areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in Radiography and Mammography R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT).
• Qualified to perform stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography.
• Certified in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers (CPR and AED) Program.

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 3 years' experience in mammography.
• 1 year experience in stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography.
• Experience in Clinical Research setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of mammography studies including needle localization and ductograms.
• Competently perform stereotactic biopsy and quality control related to mammography.
• Work autonomously with indirect supervision.
