About The Position

This is an entry-level position and is a great way to gain skills to start a career in the criminal justice, medical, addiction services, law enforcement, or emergency services field and a great opportunity for you as you will be working with those struggling with addiction. Averhealth is currently looking for a MALE Patient Center Supervisor to oversee our testing location within Boston and Quincy, MA. This position is full-time working between 35-45 hours per week. This person MUST be able to travel to several locations for shifts.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel to multiple locations during a shift.
• A vehicle is required for this position.
• Must be available 7 days per week.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of Drug Testing locations.
• Facilitate observed urine specimen collection of patients.
• Conduct breath alcohol testing in a quality customer service-centered manner.
• Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of Averhealth are put into practice within the collection locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients including judges, probation departments, and other judicial officials.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve any issues at collection locations or with clients.
• Effectively manage site through clear, direct, and respectful communication.
