Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• At least 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance.
• Prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or on weekends to avoid interfering with center operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine upkeep including general cleaning, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in bathrooms, patient exam rooms, offices, and lobby areas.
• Perform minor facility maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, repairing door locks and hardware, and repainting.
• Maintain inside office space and outside grounds by collecting and disposing of trash.
• Perform window cleaning on a regular basis.
• Manage supplies and inventory needed for the position.
• Follow all instructions and procedures for chemical-related cleaners and store cleaning supplies appropriately.
• Ensure areas are free of any pest control issues.
• Complete repairs in a timely manner to avoid accidents.
• Notify management of any urgent and/or safety concerns.
