The Maintenance Technician role at Ramblewood Apartments, a 112 unit affordable multi-family property in Clarksville, TN, involves working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager for the overall maintenance of the apartment community. The position requires working from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and includes responsibilities such as maintaining the curb appeal of the property, completing work orders, performing unit turns, assisting with special projects, sharing on-call duties with other maintenance staff, and contributing to overall property cleaning. The maintenance team handles various tasks including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliances, electrical work, carpentry, and custodial duties.
