Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Help in locating sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, parts room, and other Maintenance Department areas.
• Provide maintenance information by using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.
